Relationship Therapy

When I talk about relationships, I’m not limiting it to just the romantic kind. Even that daily interaction with your friendly barista holds the essence of a relationship.

In delving into the depths of self-discovery and examining how we navigate the relationships we find ourselves in can lead to profound connections and intimacy. These connections offer more than just your morning iced coffee; they provide opportunities for personal growth and self-discovery that are impossible to attain alone. Conversely, when our relationships and inner selves are out of sync, they can bring turmoil, much like a disagreement with a close friend or partner.

Here’s the secret I want to share: there’s no one-size-fits-all formula, no magic solution for building connected and intimate relationships, despite the cultural conditioning that suggests otherwise.

As your relationship therapist, my mission is twofold:

1. Explore Your Relational Dreams: We’ll delve into your desires and aspirations for your relationships.

2. Facilitate Your Connection: Together, we’ll help you and your partner(s) find your unique connection within the relationship you’re co-creating.

We achieve this through open dialogue, exploration, and a commitment to curiosity. We’ll address questions like:

Why do recurring conflicts persist?

What underlies the challenges in the bedroom?

Why do certain behaviors trigger anxiety?

Our journey together is about forging a connected and intimate relationship that aligns with your needs and those of your partner(s). It’s not about conforming to rigid societal norms at your expense.
