In Pasadena, Calif. And Online

Sometimes good pups need more than scrItches behind the ears.

Working together, we will find a way to make your true self shine proudly again. I can help you get more in touch will all parts of yourself, even parts that might seem scary.

I can help you overcome anxiety so that you can be all the more present with yourself and the people around you who most matter to you.

I can help you work through sexual challenges, be they shame, erectile or ejaculation/orgasmic difficulties. As a therapup who has worked in sexual health for more than five years and has advanced post-graduate training in clinical sexology, there is very little I haven’t seen in my practice.

I can help you work on your relationships. I am a licensed relationship therapist with experience and advanced training in working with alt relationships, including monogamy, polyamory, sub/dom and pup/handler relationships.

I can help you get past spiritual trauma. With a background in progressive religious studies, I am ready to help you through this too.

Let’s help you Rediscover your bestest self.

I started practicing as Pup Zeph when I realized that pups needs therapists who understand our community; who will see our approach to sex, relationships and play as important parts of who we are. Working with me, you will find a safe space where your quirks and kinks won’t only be tolerated but will be celebrated; in a way that only a fellow pup could do.

Q&A

Where can I learn more about working with you?

You can learn more about working with me by clicking around this website. You can learn more about me and how I work.
You can also book a free consult with me by clicking here!

Will we do therapy in our pup gear?

I will generally provide therapy in my human attire; however, I invite you to come to our sessions wearing whatever is most comfortable for you.
I just request that you attend sessions with whatever you consider your erotic zones covered.

So. Sex Therapy. Does that mean we’ll be having sex?

Sex therapy is a type of talk therapy that doesn’t include sex. In fact, as a therapist, I’m legally and ethically prohibited from having sex with clients.
However, depending upon your therapeutic goals, I will sometimes refer clients to work with a surrogate partner therapist. This type of therapist
works in a way that sometimes does include erotic touch.

You’re a pup, right? What happens if we see each other at an event?

If you live in the LA area, there is a good chance we might run into each other at a pup event. If we do see each other, you are more than
welcome to come and say “hi”. I always let my clients initiate contact in public, and there is never any obligation for you to do so. If you do,
I will not share that you are my client unless you expressly ask me to. You get to choose who knows you are in therapy, and what we talk about
in session is confidential.

Where is your office located? Can we meet online?

My office is located in Pasadena. I see many clients online, but also see a good number of them in-person.

Do you take insurance?

If you have an insurance plan that includes “out of network” coverage, insurance will often cover a portion of the cost of therapy.
This is something that we can talk more about in a free consultation.
